F.A.Q - Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Are you locked in the rooms?
A: Many people associate escape rooms with being locked in and having to escape, but for safety reasons you are never locked in our room. The door to the room itself is never locked. There is a large and clearly visible emergency release by all possible doors that you can open, which you can press at any time to unlock the door if you have to leave, in addition to the magnet automatically releasing in the event of a fire alarm or power outage.

Q: Can there be more than the maximum number stated for the room?
A: No. We never allow more than the maximum number in the room. The rooms are designed with a maximum number, both in terms of the number of tasks, but also because of the size of the room in terms of air, mobility and safety.
Q: Can't we just bring one more person?
A: No.
Q: Please?
A: No, unfortunately. If there are more of you, we recommend that you divide into groups that try separately, or divide into different rooms at the same time.

Q: Is it scary in an escape room?
A: Unless the room is designed around a scary theme, there is no reason for anything to be scary. We want people to have fun, not be unnecessarily scared. Those who want a scary experience can book rooms with a scary theme.

Q: Are there just lots of padlocks in the rooms?
A: Absolutely not. Variety is fun, and we create the rooms so that there are varied tasks, and use a lot of electronics and sensors for different tasks, in addition to both code locks and key locks, which should fit into the theme of the room. So sometimes you have to find the code for a padlock, sometimes cables have to be connected correctly, or objects have to be placed correctly, etc., in order to move forward. Everything is sewn together to challenge the players and provide a fun and exciting experience.

Q: If the players are under 16, must an adult be present?
A: Yes, an adult must be present. This is both to help with the most difficult tasks, but also to ensure that no damage occurs to the equipment or the room.

Q: Is the age limit of 12 years absolute?
A: No, that's a recommendation. Escape rooms contain difficult tasks and little physical activity, so we see that physically active children often get bored, while children who like puzzles and tasks have a lot of fun. We often have children under the age limit with us who have a lot of fun.

Q: Can pregnant women participate?
A: Absolutely. There are no physically demanding tasks that everyone must complete, most tasks require much more brain capacity than muscles.

Q: Can you participate if you are wheelchair-dependent?
A: Yes, we try to design the rooms so that they can be used by as many people as possible. There may be some tasks that are difficult or impossible for someone in a wheelchair, so you should bring someone who does not need a wheelchair who can perform these.

Q: Is it allowed to participate if you have been drinking alcohol?

A: No. We never allow people who have been drinking alcohol. This is for safety reasons, both for the participants and for the content of the rooms. You need a clear head to succeed, and alcohol will definitely not help you.

We are currently doing a test at "Hælsikkes Zombia", where it is allowed to buy adult soda at the bar and take it with you, but you must not be drunk beforehand.

Q: Where do you get the rooms from?

A: We make them 100% ourselves to ensure our customers a unique experience that they cannot get anywhere else.

Q: Does it matter if we arrive late?

A: Yes. We often have bookings one after the other, and if you are too late we will have to deduct time from your time so that the next group is not delayed. You must arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time, so that you can go through the briefing and possibly go to the toilet before you are sent on your mission.

Q: We booked for 3, but then 2 more friends want to join. What do we do then?
A: No problem - then the 2 will pay extra for themselves at the checkout when they arrive. But make sure you do not invite more than the maximum number for the room you have booked.

Q: How do you book and pay?
A: Advance bookings are booked and paid for in our booking system. For drop-ins, payment is made directly at the checkout. It is also possible to come to us to book and pay at the checkout.

Q: I want to book, but pay at the checkout when I arrive. Is that possible?
A: No, unfortunately. Bookings must be paid for online when booking. The reason for this is that we have unfortunately experienced that people do not show up for their booking, and then we lose a lot of money, since we have had to say no to other customers who wanted to book the time. It is only possible to pay at the cash register at drop-in, if there is availability, or if you book and pay at the cash register for a future date.

Q: We want to book for a company or organization. Can we get an invoice?

A: Yes, we can invoice a company or organization, as long as you send us a request with invoice information etc. We need at least an organization number, and send it to EHF or email. We cannot invoice private individuals.

Q: What is Stripe? Can I not pay by card?

A: Stripe is a payment processor in the same way as Nets, BBS and Vipps. You pay with your bank card via them
